How-To: LinkedIn Contact Finder via name list

With CompLeadly, you have the possibility to specifically search for contacts on LinkedIn, even if you only know a person’s name and company. This function is directly available in your workflow and can be easily set up.

Add function in the workflow

• Open your workflow.
• Click on Add function and select Export contact data → Contact search.

Prepare and import name list

To use the function, you need a name list:

1. Go to Audience in the left menu.
2. Select Import name list.
3. A dialog window will open:
4. Assign a name to your list.
5. Upload your file via Open file.
6. The file must contain the columns First name, Last name, and Company.
7. Then click on Import.

Setup in the workflow

1. Return to your workflow.
2. Create the function for contact search.
3. Select your imported name audience.
4. Define the number of profiles CompLeadly should find and export for you (e.g. 1000).
5. Decide into which audience the found contacts should be imported.

Manage results in audiences

After the search, CompLeadly automatically creates a new audience in which the found LinkedIn contacts are collected. You can then continue to use this audience as usual.
