Columns/contents in the CompLeadly export table
When you export contacts from CompLeadly, you receive a table with profile information, target group information and activity data. The table helps you to review, filter or further process contacts outside of CompLeadly.

Description
contact_degree
Shows the LinkedIn contact degree, for example 1, 2 or 3.
premium
Shows whether the contact has a Premium profile on LinkedIn. This can be seen by the golden badge in the search list.
search_list_name
Name of the target group from which the contact comes. (You defined the name when saving it in CompLeadly)
first_name
First name of the contact.
last_name
Last name of the contact.
full_name
Full name of the contact, including title and middle names.
gender
Internally recognized gender assignment. This information may be empty or differ.
profile_linkedin
Direct link to the normal LinkedIn profile.
profile_sales_nav
Link to the profile in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
search_list_link
Link to the original search or target group in Sales Navigator.
followed
Shows the follow status, for example whether the contact has already been followed.
company
Current company of the contact.
job_position
Current position or job title.
slogan
Profile slogan or short description from the LinkedIn profile.
image_link
Link to the profile picture, if available.
birthday
Birthday from LinkedIn, if visible or known.
email
E mail address, if available or exported.
phone
Phone number, if available or exported.
website
Website, if available in the profile or data record.
address
Address or address-like information, if available.
db_id
Internal CompLeadly database ID of the contact.
saved_lead
Shows whether the contact was marked as a saved lead in Sales Navigator.
contact_count
Number of LinkedIn contacts of the profile, if available. (Is capped at 500+, you can estimate an approximate number of contacts from the follower count)
follower_count
Number of followers of the profile, if available.
image_frame
Information about the profile picture frame, for example if no special frame was recognized, such as "open to work", hiring etc.
location
Location information from the LinkedIn profile.
connectedSince
Date or information since when the contact has been in your network, if available.
skipped
Shows whether the contact was skipped by the function that created this export table, and for what reason.
last_auto_inmail
Time of the last automatically sent InMail via CompLeadly.
last_auto_email
Time of the last automatically sent E mail via CompLeadly.
last_auto_message
Time of the last automatically sent auto message via CompLeadly.
last_campaign_message
Time of the last campaign message via CompLeadly.
last_congratulation_message
Time of the last congratulation message via CompLeadly.
last_follow_up_message
Time of the last follow up message via CompLeadly.
last_opener_message
Time of the last opener message via CompLeadly.
last_visited_auto_follower
Time at which the contact was last visited or processed by the Auto Follower function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_auto_inmail
Time at which the contact was last visited or processed by the Auto InMail function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_auto_message
Time at which the contact was last visited or processed by the Auto Message function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_campaign_message
Time at which the contact was last visited or processed by a campaign message via CompLeadly.
last_visited_congratulation
Time at which the contact was last visited or processed by the congratulation function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_like_posts
Time at which posts of the contact were last visited or processed by the Like function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_network_export
Time at which the contact was last processed as part of a network export via CompLeadly.
last_visited_profile_export
Time at which the profile was last processed by a profile export via CompLeadly.
last_visited_visit_connect
Time at which the contact was last processed by the Visit or Connect function via CompLeadly.
last_message
Last recognized or saved message in connection with this contact via CompLeadly.
last_visited_smart_comments_ai
Time at which the contact was last processed by Smart Comments AI via CompLeadly.
last_visited_skill_endorsement
Time at which the contact was last processed by the skill endorsement function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_group_member_message
Time at which the contact was last processed by the group member message via CompLeadly.
last_visited_survey_to_searchlist
Time at which the contact was last transferred from a survey or source to a search list via CompLeadly.
last_visited_follow_up
Time at which the contact was last processed by the follow up function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_opener
Time at which the contact was last processed by the opener function via CompLeadly.
last_visited_user_post_export
Time at which posts of the contact were last exported via CompLeadly.
last_visited_post_interaction_export
Time at which interactions with posts were last exported via CompLeadly.
last_visited_newsletter_profile_export
Time at which the contact was last processed by the newsletter profile export via CompLeadly.
Meaning of empty fields
Empty fields or a - usually mean that CompLeadly has not yet found any information for this contact or that the respective function has not yet been executed for this contact.
Example: If last_follow_up_message shows a -, no follow up message has been documented for this contact so far.
Important
The export data depends on which information is visible on LinkedIn, which CompLeadly functions were used and which data was available during the export. Some information may therefore be incomplete.
